Meet the Dentists
Jody Ames, D.D.S.
Jody Ames, D.D.S. has been providing quality and caring dental services for 18 years. Dr. Ames believes it is important to provide quality care for his patients at a reasonable cost. He allows the patient to play an integral part in the treatment planning process, allowing patients to be informed of their treatment options. Dr. Ames will then work with the patient to decide their best course of treatment. Dr. Ames and his staff are consistently taking continuing education courses to further their knowledge in the practice of dentistry.

Aaron Little, D.D.S.
Aaron grew up in a small township outside of Hillsboro, OH named Danville. He attended Lynchburg-Clay from kindergarten through high school where he was involved in many sports and groups. After high school, he was accepted into and made the decision to attend THE Ohio State University where he received his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biology with a minor in Business. Upon acceptance, Aaron decided to again continue his educational career as a Buckeye and attend The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. He has a passion for helping people in need and strives to address patients’ concerns from a holistic approach.
In his free time, Aaron enjoys spending time with family/friends and traveling to new destinations with new experiences. He also enjoys going to as many Ohio State sporting events as possible and tailgating with college friends during football season.
Lauren Collett, D.D.S.
Lauren Collett, D.D.S., grew up in Wilmington, OH. Lauren was born and raised a Buckeye and always dreamed of attending THE Ohio State University. Following high school, she attended OSU for undergraduate education, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences. She continued to receive her Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S) at OSU, where she was actively involved in the American Student Dental Association (ASDA) and developed a passion for organized dentistry.
Following dental school, Lauren completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) at UC Health in Cincinnati, OH. She expanded her knowledge and skills in restorative, endodontic, and surgical procedures through residency. Lauren is an ODA, ADA, and Dayton Dental Society member and serves on the Ohio Academy of General Dentistry board. She is passionate about continuing her education to further her knowledge and will participate in the Sfumato Dental Study Club Columbus with top specialists in the field.
Lauren resides in Wilmington with her husband Ryan and their golden retriever Tuck and recently adopted a cat, Panda. Lauren is excited to be a part of a family practice and looks forward to serving patients in the Wilmington and Xenia offices.
